How do I upgrade my plan and what happens then?

An upgrade takes effect immediately, with proration - the unused part of your current plan reduces the new charge; data and projects stay.

An upgrade (moving to a higher plan) takes effect immediately - you get the new capabilities right after payment, without waiting for the end of the billing period.

Step by step

1.User menu → Plan & billing.
2.If you have an active subscription: click Manage subscription and pick the new plan in the Stripe portal. If you're on the Free plan: pick a plan and proceed to payment.
3.Confirm - you'll see the exact amount before finalizing.

What happens with the billing

Proration applies: the unused portion of your current plan reduces the charge for the new one. Example: mid-month you move from Pro to Agency - you pay the price difference for the remaining half of the period, not the full Agency price from scratch. You'll see the exact amount before confirming.

What happens to your data

Everything stays: projects, audit history, reports, settings. An upgrade only adds: more project slots and the higher plan's extra features.

Common questions

When can I use the new limits? Immediately after payment - e.g. you can add a sixth project on Agency the same minute.

Switching from monthly to annual billing? Also done in Plan & billing; the -20% annual discount applies from the new period.
