How do I change my payment method?

Change your card yourself in the Stripe portal (Plan & billing → Manage subscription) - when to do it ahead of time and how Stripe protects card data.

You can change your payment method yourself, without contacting us - card management happens in Stripe's secure billing portal.

Step by step

1.Sign in and go to the user menu → Plan & billing.
2.Click Manage subscription - you'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal.
3.In the payment methods section, add the new card and set it as default; the old one can be removed.
4.Changes apply from the next charge - the current period is already paid, so nothing is interrupted.

When to do it ahead of time

your card expires this month,
your bank replaced your card (a new number means the old authorization stops working),
you're switching from a personal to a company card.

Updating before the renewal date saves you the failed-payment scenario (what happens then - failed payment).

Security

You enter card details exclusively on Stripe's pages (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). GA4audit does not store your card number.
