You cancel your subscription yourself, at any time - no notice periods, no phone calls, no "let's talk before you go".
Step by step
1.User menu → Plan & billing → Manage subscription.
2.In the Stripe portal, choose Cancel plan and confirm.
3.You'll receive a confirmation email with your access end date, and the app shows a "Canceling" note with the date next to your plan.
What exactly happens
•You keep plan access until the end of the paid period - canceling only turns off auto-renewal. If you paid for a year, you use it until the year ends.
•After the period ends, the account moves to the Free plan - it doesn't disappear.
•Reports and audit history remain stored - canceling a subscription is not deleting an account. Exports and paid features stop working, but the data doesn't vanish. If you also want the data gone - that's a separate operation: How do I delete my account?
•You can come back any time - repurchasing a plan restores the features immediately.
Before you cancel - two things worth doing
•Download the exports of reports you may need (PDF/PPTX/CSV work until the period ends).
