Who issues them and what they document

The seller is Wojciech Bednarski Data Wolves (PL tax ID: 7722307415) - the operator of GA4audit. The sales document covers the subscription fee for the chosen plan and period.

When a document is created

A payment document is created with every charge: at plan purchase and at every renewal (monthly or annual, per your cycle). You'll receive a payment confirmation by email to your account address.

Where to find your documents

User menu → Plan & billing - you'll find the payment history there, and clicking Manage subscription takes you to the Stripe portal with downloadable documents.

VAT - how tax is calculated

Prices in the pricing table are net (exclude VAT). The applicable tax is calculated automatically in the payment form, based on your address and tax status:

Poland - 23% VAT is added,
EU business with a valid EU VAT number - reverse charge (0% on the document; you account for VAT locally),
EU consumer - the applicable VAT rate is added automatically at checkout,
outside the EU - no Polish VAT.

To use reverse charge, enter your EU VAT number in the payment form (where to change invoice details) - it's validated automatically.

Frequently asked

I need an invoice with my VAT number - how?

Fill in your company details and tax ID before paying (where to change invoice details) - ideally right in the payment form; documents will be issued to the company.

I didn't get the confirmation by email.

Check spam and promotions folders; regardless of email, the documents are available in the billing portal.

My statement says "GA4AUDIT.IO" - is that the same payment?

Yes - that's our payment descriptor; the statement entry matches the document of the same date in your payment history.
