The Agency and Enterprise plans let several people work on one account - everyone sees and re-audits the same projects, under a single subscription.
How many seats you have
•Agency - 5 seats including the owner (so 4 people you can invite),
•Enterprise - no limit,
•Free and Pro are single-seat accounts - a team requires Agency or above (comparing plans). How to invite someone
1.Profile & settings → the Team tab.
2.Enter the email address of the person you're inviting and send the invite.
3.They get an email with a link - the invite is valid for 7 days. If they don't have an account yet, they can register and land straight back on accepting the invite.
4.A pending invite reserves a seat in your limit - until it's accepted, cancelled, or expires.
An invite nobody has responded to can be resent (a new link) or cancelled from the same tab.
What a team member can do
Full work on the shared projects: running a new audit, rescanning, reviewing and exporting reports, checking off items in the Action plan. A member can't manage the team (invite or remove others), has no access to billing, and can't delete audits run by someone else.
Important rules
•the email of the account accepting an invite must match the invited address,
•one person belongs to only one team at a time,
•an account with its own paid subscription must cancel it first before joining someone else's team.
Removing and leaving a team
The owner can remove a member at any time - the audits that person ran stay in the team's history (nothing disappears). A member can also leave the team on their own from the Team tab.
What happens on a plan change
•downgrading below Agency - the team is suspended entirely; members return to their own single-seat accounts,
•moving from Enterprise to Agency with more than 5 people - the owner and the 4 longest-tenured members stay active, the rest become dormant (the owner can change the line-up),
