Reports and presenting results

Can I share a report with a client who doesn't have an account?

Share the report with someone without an account via exports (PDF, PPTX, CSV) - which format suits which recipient, and good practices for sharing technical documents.

Yes - that's what exports are for. Someone without a GA4audit account can't sign in to the panel, but you can hand them the file through any channel.

The ways available today

PDF - universal: email, messenger, documentation attachment,
PPTX - when the results will be discussed in a meeting; the recipient can add their own slides,
CSV - when the other side is an analyst who wants the data, not the narrative.

On the Agency plan, exports carry white-label - the client sees a report of your brand (how it works).

What doesn't exist (yet)

Public links to the online report - sharing today works through files, not panel links.

Good sharing practices

attach a short intro to the PDF: what the Quality score and statuses mean - a recipient without context sees "62 checkpoints" and gets lost (you can link the public articles of this help center),
when sending the report to the site's contractor, consider CSV or the copied Action plan list - a developer is better served by a task list than a deck,
remember the report contains details of the property's configuration - share it consciously, like any technical document.
