Reports and presenting results

In what forms are audit results available?

The four forms of audit results - the interactive panel plus PDF, PPTX and CSV exports - with a simple cheat sheet of which form serves what.

Audit results exist in four forms - each with a different purpose. Know all four, so you're not screenshotting the panel where one click would generate a presentation.

The online panel (all plans)

The interactive report in the app: the Quality score, thematic categories, expandable details of every checkpoint (evidence, fix instructions, documentation links), the Action plan with task check-offs, history and trend. This is the working form - for day-to-day fix work. The panel always carries the full interactivity that exports, by nature, don't.

PDF export (Pro, Agency, Enterprise)

The complete report as a document - for emailing, archiving, attaching to project documentation. The most universal "outbound" form. How to generate one: How do I download the PDF report?

PPTX export (Pro, Agency, Enterprise)

Results as a presentation - a ready-made base for discussing the audit with a client, management or the development team. Saves an hour of copy-pasting results into slides.

CSV export (Pro, Agency, Enterprise)

Raw checkpoint data (identifiers, statuses, categories) for your own processing - pulling into a spreadsheet, joining with your own reporting, analyses over time. The form for analysts and teams with their own reporting stack.

Which form for what - a cheat sheet

working on fixes - the panel,
sending results to someone without an account - PDF,
discussing the audit in a meeting - PPTX,
crunching numbers your own way - CSV,
an agency client receiving a report under your brand - PDF/PPTX with white-label (how white-label works).
